Solid products, minor delivery hiccup

I purchased the TePe Pure Toothpaste and a pack of Interdental Brush Soft. The toothpaste tastes good and my teeth felt really clean after using it. The interdental brushes were comfortable and did a good job. My only minor issue was the delivery. It said 5-7 business days, but it took 8 days to finally arrive. Not a huge deal, but I was running low on toothpaste. Everything else was great, though, and the product quality is high.

My favorite interdental brushes!

I just got my order of TePe Interdental Brush Original and I'm so happy! These are absolutely the best for getting those tricky spots. The quality is amazing, and my dental hygienist always compliments my clean teeth when I use these. I will absolutely be ordering again and telling everyone I know about them!

Great value for my first order

As a first-time buyer, I was looking for a good deal. I managed to get free shipping on my order over $35, which was a nice saving. I bought the TePe Angle Interdental Brush and a Nova Toothbrush. The price for both seemed fair, especially considering the quality. It felt like a worthwhile purchase, and I'm happy with what I got for my money. I'll keep an eye out for future deals.

Good quality, fast shipping

I ordered the TePe Select Toothbrush and a pack of Interdental Brush Mixed Pack. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Shipping was quicker than I expected; it took 4 days to reach me in California. The products arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The toothbrush bristles felt just right, not too hard, and the interdental brushes were effective and sturdy. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but overall it was a smooth experience.

Can you return interdental brushes if you open them and they're the wrong size? Seems like a hygiene thing.

N Neil 3 weeks ago
Nah, definitely not if they're opened. For hygiene reasons, dental products are usually final sale once the seal is broken. Learned that the hard way.

E Emma 3 weeks ago
Yeah, my understanding is once it's open, you're stuck with it. You gotta be careful picking the right size the first time. They have those mixed packs to help with that though.

Are these brushes actually recommended by dentists, or is that just marketing speak?

T Tara Lindqvist 1 month ago
My hygienist specifically told me to get TePe interdental brushes. She swears by them.

T Todd 1 month ago
Totally. My dentist clinic even sells them in their office. They're a pretty standard recommendation for interdental cleaning beyond just flossing.

Hey, I'm trying to figure out which interdental brushes to get. What's the deal with the 'Original' versus 'Soft' ones?

T Tara Beaumont 3 weeks ago
From what I remember, the Soft ones have like, softer bristles. Good if you have sensitive gums or something. Original is just, well, the regular firmness.

N Noor 3 weeks ago
Yeah, I use the soft ones because my gums get a bit bleed-y sometimes. They feel gentler. My dentist said it's mostly about comfort for most people, effectiveness is pretty similar as long as you use the right size.

Is there a trick to getting free shipping? Or is it only if you spend a ton?

M Mark N. 1 month ago
It's free shipping over $35. Not too bad actually, especially if you get a few packs or a toothbrush too.

N Neil Y. 1 month ago
Yeah, just hit that $35 mark. I usually just add an extra pack of brushes or some toothpaste to get there.

Does TePe ship to Canada? I'm just across the border and love these, but it's a pain to get them sometimes.

P Paula 1 month ago
I don't think the US site ships to Canada directly. You might need to find a Canadian distributor or TePe Canada site.

C Carly Z. 1 month ago
Nah, the tepeusa.com site is just for the US. I tried once and it wouldn't let me. You'll probably have to order from their Canadian version or a local pharmacy that carries them.

What's the difference between TePe and something like Oral-B or GUM interdental cleaners? Are they better?

M Mark K. 1 month ago
I've used GUM before, and TePe's wire feels a bit sturdier and the bristles seem to hold up longer for me. Just feels like a better quality product.
5
N Nina Romero 1 month ago
For me, TePe's range of sizes is way better than Oral-B, it's easier to find the exact fit. GUM is decent, but I like the handle on TePe brushes more. It's really personal preference, but many dental pros lean towards TePe for effectiveness.

How long does shipping usually take to, say, California? Need to restock soon.

J Josh B. 1 month ago
I'm in LA, usually get my stuff in 3-5 business days. Pretty standard ground shipping.

C Chris Lindqvist 1 month ago
Mine took about a week to NorCal last time, but that was around Christmas. Depends on their current volume I guess. They usually ship out pretty quick though.

Does TePe ever do any big sales? Like for Black Friday or something?

D Daisy Beaumont 3 weeks ago
Oh yeah, they definitely do. I picked up a bunch of stuff last Black Friday. Keep an eye out around major holidays.

B Brett Kaur 3 weeks ago
I think they had something for National Oral Health Month too, which is in April. Definitely not just random little deals, they do bigger events seasonally.
